Responsibilities:

• Contact and coordinate with key account customers
• Be responsible for sales volume of ready-mixed concrete, mortar, and green solution.
• Perform database administration and analyze key account customer data in order to determine appropriate customer retention strategies and sales strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties as assigned.
• 1 year contract (renewal based on performance). 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, Marketing or other related fields.
• At least 3 years of working experience in sales and marketing in building materials industry or construction-related field in government or private sectors.
• Native Chinese Speaker (Mandarin) is a must and living in Thailand is preferred.
• Proficient in English.
• Proficient in MS office programs.
• Possess interpersonal, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Being service-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Able to drive the car and driving license is required.
• Able to travel upcountry as assigned.
